Question 1

How quickly does the ambulance arrive?

Accepted Answer

Usually 10 to 20 minutes inside Dhaka. Outside Dhaka it depends on the distance and the road, but we give you a realistic time on the call itself.

Question 2

Do I need an account to book?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no registration and no login anywhere on this site. Your name, a phone number and a pickup address are enough — or just call the hotline.

Question 3

How is the fare calculated?

Accepted Answer

Each ambulance type has a starting fare, plus a per-kilometre rate for the distance. Long waiting time is charged as well. We tell you the full fare before the vehicle leaves.

Question 4

Is oxygen available in the ambulance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, every ambulance carries an oxygen cylinder and mask. If the patient needs a ventilator we send the ICU ambulance instead.

Question 5

I am not sure which ambulance type I need.

Accepted Answer

Pick "not sure" on the form, or just call. We will ask about the patient and tell you which vehicle is right. It costs nothing to ask.

Question 6

Do you travel outside Dhaka?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we travel to every district in the country. For long journeys we usually recommend the AC or ICU ambulance.

Question 7

What happens after I submit the form?

Accepted Answer

Our dispatch desk calls you straight back to confirm the pickup point, then sends the nearest vehicle. If it is an emergency, calling is faster than the form.

Question 8

Can I book in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose "at a scheduled time" on the form and give us the date and time. It is the easiest way to arrange a discharge, an operation or regular dialysis.
